📦 Delivery Policy

When will I receive my order?

Our products are made to order. Fulfillment takes 3–7 business days, then shipping follows. Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Where does my order ship from?
We use a global network of production and fulfillment centers to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Will I be charged customs fees?
Customs and import taxes may apply to international orders. These fees are assessed by your local customs authority and are not within our control.

My order hasn’t arrived—what should I do?
Please check the following before contacting us:
✔ Your shipping confirmation email for address errors
✔ With your local post office
✔ With your neighbors

If none of these help, reach out to us at anthony@wrestlermom.com with your order number. If the address provided was incorrect, we can send a replacement at your expense.

All products are printed on-demand and shipped from the nearest fulfillment center for quicker delivery.

How do I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link by email once your order is shipped. For help, contact us at anthony@wrestlermom.com.

I received a damaged or incorrect item—what now?
We’re sorry about that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, your order number, and a description of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly.

Do you accept returns?
We don’t offer returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at anthony@wrestlermom.com .

Do you offer refunds?
We only provide refunds for damaged or incorrect items. If this applies, send photos and your order number to anthony@wrestlermom.com .

Can I exchange for a different size or color?
We don’t offer exchanges. Please refer to our sizing charts before ordering. If you received a mislabeled item, let us know within a week with photos and your order number, and we’ll replace or refund it.
