2026 Frank E. Rader Southeast Regional Championships Duluth, GA

USA Wrestling 2026 Frank E. Rader Southeast Regional Championships will be held in Duluth, GA on May 16-17, 2026, and will take place at the Gas South Convention Center. This event is a qualifier for the 2026 Junior and 16U National Championships in Fargo, ND.
The Southeast Regional Championships offers divisions for 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U & Juniors.  The Southeast Regional provides both boys and girls an opportunity to compete in Freestyle and Greco-Roman styles of competition. This event is a great preparation for both Kids Nationals and 16U/Junior National Championships.
Approved as of the 2023 USA Wrestling Board of Director’s National Convention:
- Participation at Regional & National Championships When both regional and/or national championships are offered to both genders in the same style(s) in Junior and 16U, wrestlers shall only be allowed to compete in the division of his/her gender.
- Participation at Regional & National Championships When both regional and/or national championships are offered to both genders in the same style(s) in 14U and below, wrestlers shall only be allowed to compete in the division of his/her gender.
